This dress is LooseLine Style

Diamante details at the bustline drawing attention to Kim's amazing assets!

Skirt was made from several panels which enable the seams to be unpicked at the back to put onto Kim whilst sitting in her wheelchair - much like a hairdressers gown

Top of the dress was then sewn back up at the back and the skirt draped over legs at the front

Diamante jewelery, tiara dn gliiter-spray completed the sparkly look
