Style Directions commenced a training programme for professional Style Consultants in 2001. To date, Carol Spenser has personally trained over 200 people, in the UK and abroad, who are licensed to use her unique methods and concepts.

Style Directions also works closely with a number of established, reputable companies whose services are complementary to their own, thus providing tailor-made services for individuals, the media, companies and colleges.

Style Directions loves working with Tracey Gibbs, a fantastic photographer based in Manchester who specialises in fashion, beauty, advertising and portraiture. Tracey has a fun, relaxed attitude which immediately puts the 'subject' at ease - making her a firm favourite as photographer for Style Directions all-female makeover shoots.

Tracey shot all the photos of the Style Directions staff for 'Meet the Team' and 'Contact Us' and, when not behind a camera, can be seen belly-dancing in exotic locations around the world!

MY FACE MY BODY

MyFaceMyBody was launched by CEO Stephen Handisides to bust the myths behind beauty treatments and review the latest in skincare and cosmetic products. Referred to as 'the next big thing' by Look magazine, Stephen is no stranger to TV in the UK, hosting his own TV chat show on which he tests many of the treatments on himself.

Style Directions has worked closely with Stephen on various fashion filming projects, exhibitions, cosmetic/skincare videos and the development of the MyFaceMyBody on-line shop.

ELSE GAMMELGAARD MADSEN - FULL CIRCLE IMAGE

Based in Tilst, Denmark, Else has had a successful career as a Style, Colour and Image consultant since 1993. In 2006 she came to the UK to train with Style Directions to update her methods and techniques.

Since then, Else has continued to expand her knowledge and services by training in Fashion Feng Shui, Personal Development Coaching and Holistic Approaches to health and beauty. She offers Style consultations, online coaching in personal skills and one-to-one or group consultations in Colour, Skincare and Cosmetics. Else has had exclusive rights to Style Directions 'Style Profile' service throughout Denmark.

RENÉE COPPINGER - STYLEMAKERS INTERNATIONAL

Before starting Stylemakers International, Renée owned 'Best of Italy', an Italian women's fashion import company and also ran a 'by-appointment' boutique in the USA. She spent her time between Italy and the US where she supplied Personal Shopping and Styling services to prominent clientele in the New York Met area.

Moving to Spain, Renée has featured regularly on Talk Radio Europe and contributed to numerous fashion magazines. She has also appeared on Marbella TV and provided styling services for El Corte Ingles department store and the Marbella Film Festival. Today she is based in both Spain and New York, where she brings a polished European look to American women entrepreneurs with her ‘EuroChic Style Solutions’ image programme.

LILIAM LONGDEN - LILIAM.COM

Liliam, based in Ballito, South Africa, has over 20 years experience in the fashion business. In 1990 she launched a bespoke clothing design and manufacture service for private clients which included bridalwear, promwear, eveningwear and office and casual capsule wardrobes. In 1993 she extended her business into children's wear opening 3 shops, employing 10 staff and personally handling all design, patternmaking, marketing fashion-shows etc. Liliam eventually supplied goods to South Africa, Zambia, Namibia, Botswana and England.

In 2002, after selling her business, Liliam trained as an Image Consultant in South Africa and in 2004 travelled to England to retrain and update her colour and style skills with Style Directions.

CHRISTINE RANKIN - MILLION DOLLAR STYLE

Christine has worked in the fashion and beauty industry for fifteen years specialising in outfit planning and cosmetic artistry for Weddings, proms and other Special Occasions. In 2001, Christine trained with Style Directions to update her skills in women's colour and style and also to expand into the male and corporate markets.

Christine writes a regular monthly feature for Northern Ireland Ladies magazine and is in high demand as a presenter for woman's groups and business organisations. With Carol Spenser, she has hosted style and beauty seminars at Belfast's Glow Exhibition and Image at Interviews seminars for Young Enterprise NI. Christine has also had exclusive rights to Style Directions ‘StyleProFile’ product throughout Northern Ireland.
